CODE 6382 Unable to Update Message on Audio/Information Screen

If you get a vehicle with the message CODE 6382 Unable to Update on the audio/information screen, it means there’s a problem doing an over-the-air (OTA) update. We’re aware of this issue, and have it under investigation.

Until we find a solution, don’t try replacing the head unit; there’s nothing wrong with it. Just select Ok on the screen and that code will clear. But keep in mind it could come back if the vehicle gets within range of AHMOTA WiFi.
